Today I want to answer a question I received from Rick a couple of weeks ago.

Rick asked, "We get a lot of 1-time Wash/Dry/Fold customers that I want to convert into weekly customers."

Before diving into the solution, we will need some data to develop a strategy.

I would ask Rick to put together some type of survey to get feedback from these clients who only use his service once.

Here are a few questions I would ask those clients to get their insights.

Pro-tip: Always make sure you get contact information (cell phone and email at a minimum) when people become clients so you can follow up with them.
